Shipping policy


Shipping

  • All orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, shipments typically take 4–5 business days to arrive, depending on destination.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Claims

  • Nerd Beverage LLC does not accept returns of any sealed goods, regardless of whether they have been opened or not.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Replacements will only be provided if the error is deemed to be on our part.

  • If there is an issue with the product or any part of the order, customers must contact us via email within 7 days of delivery to report the problem.
