Return and refund policy

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once processed, shipments typically take 4–5 business days to arrive, depending on destination.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
Returns, Refunds & Claims

Nerd Beverage LLC does not accept returns of any sealed goods, regardless of whether they have been opened or not.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Replacements will only be provided if the error is deemed to be on our part.

If there is an issue with the product or any part of the order, customers must contact us via email within 7 days of delivery to report the problem.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
